JUNIOR SECONDARY
At Almond College, the Junior Secondary (Key Stage 3) stage covers Years 7, 8, and 9. These are the first three foundational years of secondary school, where students build a strong academic base across a broad range of subjects. During this stage, all subjects are compulsory, ensuring that students gain a well-rounded education that prepares them for future success.

In Year 9, students will sit for two important examinations: the Junior Secondary School Exam (BECE) as part of the Nigerian Curriculum, and the Key Stage 3 (Checkpoint) Exam under the British Curriculum.
